This course is intended to be a general introduction and review of the seven major steps in an effective Incident Investigation. It is for employees, employers, supervisors, health and safety committee members, or members of an incident investigation team. It will answer the following questions:  What is an incident? Why should it be investigated? Who is involved? And What are the steps involved?

The course has five modules covering the seven major steps:

• Module 3: Root Cause Analysis
• Module 4: Developing Recommendations
